The Green family of test systems delivers accurate testing with consistency. The well-proven Flexstar software simplifies testing with a familiar GUI and the ability to easily create and modify test scripts with no programming expertise required.
The Green systems were engineered to provide two environmental options ambient or heated. The heated provides uniformity of airflow to minimize temperature variance in the test system. The system can be ordered in “ramp” or “soak” configurations. In the ramp configuration temperature can be controlled from ambient +10ºC to +70ºC air temperature with a gradient of +/- 3ºC air temperature between test ports.
Customers ordering the Green systems have a choice of three power cards depending on the application.

The combination of the Flexstar software, new single board computer (SBC III) and power card options provides Flexstar customers with the bandwidth and flexibility to be able to handle the fastest drives at maximum speed.
Banks of drive bays may be programmed to run different tests at the same time. Failed drives can be debugged in place while the tests continue to run and the serial port option data captures data and enables access to the device under test even if the interface is not responding.
The Green family comes standard with SAS/SATA 6G interfaces with an option for USB.
The new thermal upgrade makes the Green 416B more energy efficient using less power and HVAC.
