FLEXSTAR’s warranty is 90 days materials and workmanship both nationally and internationally. Any parts that fail within 90 days from the date of purchase will be repaired or replaced free of charge. Consumable items including fuses, water filters, sub-adapters, drive fixtures and DUT cabling are not included. Labor to troubleshoot and repair system problems is also provided for a period of 90 days from the date of purchase for domestic customers and international customers.* (Manuals, Software version update, Troubleshooting and maintenance guides, other white papers and Product info).
